The first case occurred at 3:09 PM on July 8 at Km1184+200 on the North - South railway line, belonging to Tuy An Bac commune, Dak Lak province. Through images from surveillance cameras, a car with license plate 78A-140. xx had the act of crossing a barrier when the barrier was lowering.
Through verification, the vehicle driver was identified as Mr. V.D. N (residing in Dak Lak province). At the police station, the driver admitted the violation.
The second case occurred at 6:43 am on July 10 at Km1169+560 on the North - South railway line, also belonging to Tuy An Bac commune. The camera system recorded a car with license plate 78A-161. xx overtaking a barrier when the barrier was lowering.
Working with functional agencies, the vehicle driver, Mr. H.S. T (residing in Tuy An Bac commune, Dak Lak province) also admitted the violation.
After completing verification, Tuy An Traffic Police Station made a record of administrative violation against both drivers according to the provisions of law.
