Despite the danger to himself and pedestrians, a man drove a motorbike carrying another scooter parked horizontally on the seat, continuously swerving and honking on National Highway 22.
Through verification, the incident was recorded by people at about 6 pm on March 10 on National Highway 22 (section passing through Cu Chi commune, direction to Quang Viet market, Ho Chi Minh City). According to the video content, the man driving the motorbike placed a red scooter horizontally on the rear seat, occupying almost the entire lane for motorbikes.

Throughout the journey, the sirens simulating priority vehicles were continuously echoed from this vehicle, causing chaos and forcing many pedestrians to drift to both sides for fear of collisions.
Regarding the incident, a representative of the Northwest Traffic Police Station (Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police) said that the unit has grasped the information through the reflected clip. Currently, functional forces are conducting verification to clarify the information of the driver and vehicle to handle them strictly according to the provisions of law.
