According to images in the clip, the group of people are successively disguised as Tang Sanzang, Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie and Sha Seng. The person playing Tang Sanzang rides a white horse, while the other 3 people walk in the same direction in the lane for motorized vehicles.
The group moved in the direction from Tay Ninh to Ho Chi Minh City. At the time of appearance, the road had many vehicles circulating, including trucks and tractor trucks.
The act of groups of people walking and riding horses in the lane for motor vehicles when there are many vehicles circulating is considered to pose a risk of traffic unsafety.
The clip after being shared on social networks received many comments. Many people expressed concern about the group of disguised people moving on the road, especially the image of people riding horses between trucks and tractor-trailers.
Regarding the incident, the Traffic Police Department (PC08) of Ho Chi Minh City Police is coordinating with relevant units to verify the time, location and people appearing in the clip to clarify the incident, thereby having a direction for handling according to regulations.
