The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction as an investor with an estimated budget of nearly VND 15 billion, implemented in 2025-2026.
In addition, the Hanoi Department of Construction has proposed to build 5 more overpasses at 5 intersections with large vehicles to handle congestion.
5 locations for the intersection proposed early to build overpasses are Co Linh - Thach Ban intersection (Long Bien district), Chau Van Liem - Le Quang Dao (Nam Tu Liem District), Hoang Minh Giam - Nguyen Tuan (Thanh Xuan District), Co Bi - Ngo Xuan Quang and Nguyen Huy Nhuan - Ly Thanh Tong (both in Gia Lam district).
