On September 18, speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the Bo Trach Regional Medical Center (Quang Tri Province) said that the blue-plate car with license plate 73A-004.XX traveling on a prohibited road in Hue City was a means of transport of the center.

Previously, on September 17, a car carrying unit staff from Quang Tri to Da Nang City to work. When passing through Hue City, due to not being familiar with the road, he turned onto Phan Chu Trinh route, where there was a car ban sign that he did not know.

At the same time, there were also vehicles traveling from the opposite direction, causing drivers to mistakenly think that the route was allowed to go in two directions.

According to the Bo Trach Regional Medical Center, this was an unexpected incident, the unit will coordinate with the authorities to comply with the provisions of the law.

Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, at around 10:22 a.m. on September 17, people recorded a scene of a blue-plate car with license plate 73A-004.XX suddenly traveling on Phan Chu Trinh route (Hue city), despite the " car ban" sign clearly placed in front.

According to the image recorded by the people, on the car door was printed the words "Bo Trach Medical Center". The fact that a vehicle with a license plate violated traffic laws right in the city center has upset many people.
