On November 22, the People's Committee of Dan Hoa commune (Minh Hoa district, Quang Binh province) said that a container accident had just occurred in the area, injuring two people in the vehicle.
At 11:40 a.m. the same day, a container truck with license plate 15H-025.XX pulling a trailer with license plate 15R-119.XX was traveling on National Highway 12A from Cha Lo International Border Gate to National Highway 1. There were 2 people on board at the time (identities unknown).
When arriving at Bai Dinh village in Dan Hoa commune, the car overturned and crashed into a tree on the side of the road. 2 people in the car were trapped.
The two people in the car were pulled out and taken to the hospital. One person suffered minor injuries, the other was seriously injured. At the scene, the car was overturned and the front of the car was deformed.
Upon receiving the news, the authorities were present at the scene to direct traffic, investigate and clarify the incident.
