As soon as the information was received, the leaders of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department sent forces and vehicles including: 1 rescue vehicle, 1 ambulance of Team 3 and 3 fire trucks to the rescue. At 3:00 a.m. the same day, the police force approached and successfully rescued the driver who was trapped, and handed him over to the 115 emergency center for care. Initially, the victim was identified as Mr. Do Chi C, born in 1994, permanent resident of Zone 2, Van Lang, Ha Hoa, Phu Tho. The vehicle with license plate 15C-101.45, the tractor-trailer head was completely damaged; the mooc 15R-095.07 carrying dry goods overturned, blocking the lane, causing traffic obstruction.
