Khanh Hoa - To search for the victims still trapped in the passenger bus on Khanh Le Pass, the rescue team used an iron saune to cut the frame of the bus to search for the two victims.

As of 8:30 a.m. on November 17, the authorities of Khanh Hoa province confirmed that there were still 2 victims trapped in a passenger bus buried by rocks and soil on Khanh Le Pass.

Previously, late on November 16, at Km45 of National Highway 27C, in Bo Lang village, Nam Khanh Vinh commune, Khanh Hoa province, Phuong Trang passenger car with license plate 50H - 531.14 was traveling on National Highway 27C from Da Lat to Nha Trang.

When the passenger bus reached Km45, it suddenly encountered a large rock and sand falling from the mountain, causing the vehicle to be severely damaged.

To date, the authorities have recorded 6 deaths on the spot (the identities of the victims have not been determined).

In the list of deceased victims, 4 people were taken to the morgue of Khanh Hoa General Hospital. The bodies of the remaining 2 people were trapped in the car at the scene and could not be taken out.

16 injured passengers are being treated at Khanh Hoa General Hospital.

To search for the victims trapped inside the passenger bus, the rescue team used technical equipment to break rocks. The rescue team also used iron saws to cut the frame of the passenger bus to search for the victims.
