The first incident occurred at 10:05 am on January 26 at km 81+300 National Highway 37 in Lac Son residential group, Chu Van An ward. At this time, a tractor-trailer driven by Mr. H.V.Y (born in 1988, residing in Bac Ninh province) was traveling in the direction of Chu Van An intersection to Binh bridge when it collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. H.D.T (born in 2004, residing in Hung Yen province) traveling in the same direction. As a result, Mr. T died at the scene. The preliminary cause was that Mr. T overtook the vehicle unsafely as prescribed.
At 4:15 PM on the same day, a collision continued to occur in the area at km 34+600 National Highway 5 in Ke Sat commune. The motorbike driven by L.A.H (born in 2008, residing in Yen Bai province) heading Hanoi - Hai Phong collided with a tractor-trailer driven by Mr. V.V.T (born in 1991, residing in Vinh Bao commune, Hai Phong) turning right into the company gate. As a result, H died on the spot. The initial cause was that Mr. T changed direction incorrectly, causing a traffic accident. Mr. H was driving the motorbike without observing.
The cases are being resolved by functional forces according to regulations.
