Previously, at about 11 am on the same day, the Traffic Police Team of Highway Traffic Police Team No. 1 - Room 6, Traffic Police Department, during patrol and control on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway, discovered a passenger car with license plate 22F-005. xx driving at a lower speed than other vehicles traveling in the same direction but not going to the right lane.
According to electronic data collected by the working group, this passenger car moved at a speed of about 60-63km/h in a distance of more than 3km. During this time, there were many sections where vehicles could move to the right lane, but the driver still drove the car in the lane adjacent to the median strip.
The working group then made a record of administrative violation against driver T.V. L (born 1986, residing in Ham Yen commune, Tuyen Quang province).
For the above violation, the driver was fined 900,000 VND and his driver's license was temporarily seized on the electronic environment according to regulations.
Previously, at 10:42 am on September 20, also on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway, Highway Traffic Police Team 1 discovered a passenger car with license plate 15F-009. XX violating a similar act.
