After receiving the information, on the afternoon of December 9, the Nha Trang Road Traffic Police Team invited driver N.T.H (52 years old, residing in Bac Nha Trang ward) to work. At the meeting, Mr. H. admitted to the violation.
The Nha Trang Road Traffic Police Team has drawn up an administrative violation record against Mr. N.T.H for the act of "crossing the right side of another vehicle in an unauthorized manner", fined him 5 million VND and deducted 2 points from his driving license according to regulations.
