On the morning of March 31, Mr. Bui Ngoc Du - Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Linh commune - said that after the traffic accident at around 6:00 a.m. on March 30, on National Highway 15 through Ha Linh commune, between a truck with license plate 38C - 01627 and a motorbike with license plate 38C1-28711.
Up to this point, both victims on the motorbike with license plate 38C1-28711, brothers: Nguyen Truong Ph (15 years old) and Nguyen Tien D (13 years old), have both died.
The family is currently holding a funeral for the two victims. The Ha Linh commune government also visited and supported the family with 5 million VND.
As Lao Dong reported, at around 6:00 a.m. on March 30, on National Highway 15 through Ha Linh Commune, an accident occurred when a truck with license plate 38C - 01627 traveling in the direction of Huong Khe - Ha Tinh City collided head-on with a motorbike with license plate 38C1-28711 traveling in the opposite direction.
Immediately after the accident, people took the two victims on a motorbike to the emergency room, but the older brother, Nguyen Truong Ph, died at Ha Tinh Hospital, the younger brother, Nguyen Tien D, was transferred to Hanoi Hospital for emergency care but also died on the evening of March 30.
According to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Linh Commune, Ph is in grade 9, D is in grade 6, at Ha Linh Secondary School.
Currently, the father of the two victims is on his way home from abroad to arrange the funeral for his two children. This family has 3 brothers, of which Ph and D are the first brothers, and later have a sister who is about 6 years old.
