At that time, a motorbike with license plate 86AA - 150.XX driven by a teenager (born in 2009) was going down Lau Ong Hoang slope.
According to the driver, while driving downhill, the rear wheel swerved, causing the driver and the motorbike to fall onto the road. After that, the motorbike burst into flames in the middle of the road.
The motorcyclist suffered scratches and bleeding from his leg but managed to run away from the burning vehicle, not having time to retrieve the documents he had left in the trunk. The motorbike caught fire, leaving only the frame, and then went out.
Police of Phu Hai ward, Phan Thiet arrived at the scene to record the incident, completely extinguished the fire and moved the burned motorbike to the side of the road for traffic.
