At this time, a motorbike driven by Mr. H.V.D (born in 1998, residing in Hai Hau, Nam Dinh) from Dong Bai ferry to DEEPC Hai Phong II roundabout collided behind the trailer of a tractor-trailer driven by Mr. D.V.C (born in 1985, residing in Thanh Dong ward). As a result, Mr. D died on the spot. For initial reasons, Mr. D did not pay attention and did not control the speed.
On the same day, at around 2:40 a.m., a fatal accident also occurred on the road in Bach Dang ward. Mr. T.M.C (born in 2002, residing in Kien Bai 5 residential group, Thien Huong ward) was driving a motorbike and crashed into the median strip of the road. Mr. C died on the spot. Initially, it was determined that the victim did not pay attention and caused the accident. The road where the accident occurred had no lights.
The cases were handled by the authorities according to regulations.
