At 0:10 on April 30, the Fire and Rescue Team of Area 4, Fire and Rescue Police Department (Hai Phong City Police) received a dispatch to rescue a car that plunged into a ditch in Ha Cau village, An Quang commune, Hai Phong city.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Unit Commander dispatched 1 fire truck and requested 114 Center to support 1 rescue vehicle to coordinate the deployment of rescue work.
At the scene, functional forces identified a car with license plate 15K-804. 74 overturned in a ditch, four wheels pointing upwards; there was a male in the car.
Immediately after that, the rescue force quickly deployed a rescue plan, taking the victim, Mr. L.T. M (born in 2005, residing in An Lao commune, Hai Phong city) out of the car safely and transferring him to An Lao Medical Center for emergency treatment. According to information from An Lao Medical Center, the victim was not in life-threatening condition.
After completing the rescue work, the forces continued to coordinate to bring the accident vehicle out of the ditch, and at the same time handed over the scene to An Quang Commune Police and Quang Trung Regional Traffic Police Station for handling according to regulations.
