On March 11, Dong Hoa Ward Police (Dak Lak province) said that a truck carrying goods had just caught fire in the area. The driver promptly reversed the car into the roadside ditch to put out the fire.
At about 3 pm on the same day, a truck carrying animal feed driven by a male driver was traveling on National Highway 29. When the car moved through Phu Da neighborhood (Dong Hoa ward, Dak Lak province), it suddenly caught fire fiercely in the truck bed.
Faced with the fact that the goods on the truck caught fire, with the risk of spreading to all vehicles, the male driver quickly steered the truck backwards into the roadside ditch. Many people along the road rushed to the scene to support, scooping water from the ditch to put out the fire.
After about 15 minutes, the fire was basically extinguished. The fire caused the truck to be damaged in the truck bed, some goods were burned down; the cabin was lucky not to be affected.
