On March 9, An Suong Traffic Police Team (Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police) said that they had made a record of administrative violation against Mr. H.M. T (37 years old, residing in Tan Nhut commune) for the act of changing lanes in the wrong place.
Previously, a clip circulated on social networks recording the scene of a truck traveling on Do Muoi street (direction from An Suong intersection to Thu Duc agricultural wholesale market). When arriving at the foot of Tan Thoi Hiep overpass, the driver brazenly changed lanes, pressed over the lane dividers to turn around, causing traffic unsafety.
Immediately after receiving the information, An Suong Traffic Police Team coordinated with Tan Vinh Loc Commune Police to verify that the vehicle owner was Loan Nhi Transportation Service Co., Ltd. and invited the driver to work.
At the police station, driver H.M. T admitted that he was the driver in the clip. Mr. T. explained that on the afternoon of March 2, because he wanted to turn the car around but went beyond the allowed position, he recklessly drove the car through the area with lane dividers to save time.
Based on the level of violation, An Suong Traffic Police Team has made a record and issued a decision to sanction according to the provisions of law.
