The accident happened at about 5:20 pm on March 4 on National Highway 1 in the area of Lien Phu residential group, Hoanh Son ward.
At the above time, driver Nguyen T (born 1994, residing in Quang Tri province) driving a truck carrying construction materials with license plate 29K - 086. xx moving on National Highway 1 in the North – South direction collided with a motorbike with license plate 38K1 - 664. xx driven by Mr. Nguyen Ba H (born 1983, residing in Tan Phuc Thanh residential group, Song Tri ward) traveling in the same direction.
The strong collision caused the motorbike to be dragged under the chassis, and Mr. Nguyen Ba H died on the spot.
Upon receiving the news, the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Provincial Police coordinated with relevant units to be present to handle the scene and investigate to clarify the cause.
