At about 11:30 am on July 22, at Km328+900 on the Van Phong - Nha Trang expressway, passing through Dai My village, Hoa Tri commune, Khanh Hoa province, a truck with license plate 43H-191xx caught fire.
According to initial information, the car was driven by driver N.V.H (born 1992, residing in Tam Ky ward, Da Nang city) in the direction from Nha Trang to Van Phong.
The initial preliminary cause was determined to be an electrical short circuit under the cabin. During the car's movement, the driver discovered smoke entering the cabin and stopped the car for inspection.
As soon as he got out of the car, the driver discovered flames rising from the passenger seat area and quickly spreading, covering the front of the car.
As a result, the truck and all the goods on the truck, which were cardboard, were burned. The incident did not cause any casualties.

Immediately after receiving the news, Traffic Police Team No. 2 quickly arrived at the scene, deploying scene protection, lane separation, traffic diversion, ensuring traffic order and safety, and preventing congestion on the route.
The Traffic Police force also coordinated with the Khanh Hoa road management unit and the Fire and Rescue Police Department (PC07) of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police to organize the extinguishing of the fire.
After controlling the fire, the case was handed over to the Fire and Rescue Police Department (PC07) of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police to continue handling according to their authority.
