According to images recorded by a car's dashcam, at around 3:30 p.m. the same day, a tractor-trailer with license plate 61H-045.96 was traveling on National Highway 13 in the motorbike lane.
It is worth mentioning that even when reaching the intersection, the tractor-trailer did not slow down, but moved very quickly. When the vehicle reached the intersection with Ho Van Men Street, it turned right, despite the red light being turned on.
The video went viral, causing public outrage. According to records, Binh Duong area has many trucks carrying goods. Some drivers do not comply with regulations, driving in violation of traffic safety order, endangering road users.

It is known that the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police has grasped the information of the incident and is verifying to handle the incident.
According to Decree 168/2024, effective from January 1, 2025, cars entering a motorbike lane, also known as driving in the wrong lane, will be fined from 4 to 6 million VND and have 2 points deducted from their driving license. Cars running red lights will be fined from 18 to 20 million VND for not obeying traffic lights and have at least 4 points deducted from their driving license.
