At around 5:30 p.m. on April 10, at the intersection between National Highway 62 and Hung Vuong Street in Tan An City, Long An Province, a truck carrying hundreds of beer bins suddenly brake and drop goods onto the road, causing many beer bottles to break, obstructing traffic.
