According to initial information, at about 8:45 a.m. the same day, a concrete mixer truck with license plate 77H-002.04 driven by Mai Dinh Van (born in 1998, residing in Binh Phu commune, Gia Lai province) was traveling on National Highway 19 in the East - West direction.
When crossing Ba La bridge, the concrete mixer truck collided with a motorbike with license plate 81G1-366.64 driven by Pham Hung C (born 2008, residing in An Khe ward, Gia Lai province), carrying Nguyen Thanh V (born 2008, residing in An Khe ward) traveling in the opposite direction.
The accident caused V to die on the spot, C was injured and taken to the emergency room.
