In Dak Doa commune, the hotel and golf course complex project of FLC Group has stopped construction for many years. The project is planned to be implemented in the pine hill and pink grass hill areas - an attractive tourist destination for many tourists.
Previously, the investor planned to build a complex of hotels, resorts, and golf courses on an area of 500 hectares, with a total capital of 1,321 billion VND. However, due to problems with legal procedures and violations of the process of granting land use right certificates, the project is currently abandoned, the construction site is deserted.
People hope that the government will soon have a way to remove obstacles, while finding capable investors to develop tourism and protect the natural pine forest landscape.

The Nam Pleiku Industrial Park Project (VRG Gia Lai Industrial Park Branch), invested by Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd., with a total area of over 191 hectares, was approved by the Prime Minister on September 3, 2019.
