Gia Lai - Many large projects in Gia Lai that are facing legal procedures will be reviewed and have solutions to put them into operation soon.

After completing the merger, leaders of Gia Lai province and representatives of departments and branches organized many working groups to visit central urban communes and wards, as well as remote areas and border areas to grasp the socio-economic situation.

Mr. Ho Quoc Dung - Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee requested localities, departments and branches to review, report and propose projects facing difficulties to find solutions, creating conditions for projects to come into operation and contribute to the provincial budget.

In Dak Doa commune, the hotel and golf course complex project of FLC Group has stopped construction for many years. The project is planned to be implemented in the pine hill and pink grass hill areas - an attractive tourist destination for many tourists.

Previously, the investor planned to build a complex of hotels, resorts, and golf courses on an area of 500 hectares, with a total capital of 1,321 billion VND. However, due to problems with legal procedures and violations of the process of granting land use right certificates, the project is currently abandoned, the construction site is deserted.

People hope that the government will soon have a way to remove obstacles, while finding capable investors to develop tourism and protect the natural pine forest landscape.

The Nam Pleiku Industrial Park Project (VRG Gia Lai Industrial Park Branch), invested by Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd., with a total area of over 191 hectares, was approved by the Prime Minister on September 3, 2019.

Some items of the project have been completed, many businesses and investors have registered to lease land in the industrial park. However, the project has not yet been put into operation due to unsynchronized planning.

In addition, there are still shortcomings in connecting traffic and draining water outside the project boundary. Land procedures are also delayed, with 8 hectares of workers' housing land not yet converted to other purposes.

On July 9, at Nam Pleiku Industrial Park, after listening to the report, Mr. Ho Quoc Dung - Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee directed relevant departments, branches and sectors to give their opinions and submit to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for consideration within the week to soon approve the project, removing difficulties for businesses.

In addition, the leaders of Gia Lai province also requested departments and branches to speed up the planning and investment progress in land plots of hundreds of hectares near the urban center combined with ecotourism development such as: land plot CK54 near Pleiku airport and Ia Der pine hill near Pleiku ward.

Gia Lai province determined that investment attraction must have a focus, key points, and appropriate resource mobilization. The government needs to show openness, friendliness and create the most favorable conditions for investors to feel secure.

In the last 6 months of 2025, Gia Lai will speed up the progress to start construction of key infrastructure projects: runway No. 2 and synchronous items at Phu Cat Airport; Quy Nhon - Pleiku Expressway; Hoai My Industrial Park; Phu My Industrial Park and Port...
