Strictly implementing the provisions of law on land management and construction order, right from the first day of 2026, the Task Force of Da Phuc Commune People's Committee has strengthened patrols and inspections, promptly detected and thoroughly handled new violations.
Accordingly, Da Phuc Commune People's Committee has organized a campaign to clear and demolish cases of illegal construction of embankments outside fields in Cam Ha village.
Before the time of organizing coercion, Da Phuc Commune People's Committee requested violating households in Cam Ha village to voluntarily dismantle the works and move all materials out of the violating area. If the households do not comply, the working group of the Commune People's Committee will proceed with clearance in accordance with the law.
The working group of the Commune People's Committee in coordination with the Party Committee and government of Cam Ha village directly went to each household to propagate, mobilize, and clearly explain related regulations, while emphasizing the responsibility of people in complying with the law on land and construction order.
In addition, Cam Ha village also regularly announces on the loudspeaker system, requesting violating households to urgently dismantle the works before the prescribed deadline.
As a result, all 13 cases of construction violations outside the fields in Cam Ha village have been demolished by Da Phuc Commune People's Committee, completely handled, ensuring safety, in accordance with the law, creating consensus among the people.
The organization of clearance of violating works continues to affirm the high determination of Da Phuc Commune People's Committee in land management and construction order. The Commune People's Committee emphasized that all violations arising after July 1, 2025 must be handled strictly and thoroughly, without hesitation, without favoritism, without avoidance. For violations that existed before this time, the commune will continue to review and develop a handling roadmap in accordance with regulations.
