Through verification, the Traffic Police Department determined that Mr. G had arbitrarily changed the paint color of the car not in accordance with the registration certificate, with an average fine of 5 million VND.
In addition, Mr. G did not have a valid civil liability insurance certificate of the motor vehicle owner, and was fined 500,000 VND.
The police agency also determined that this driver had the act of continuously revving the engine while traveling on the road, with a fine of 900,000 VND.
The car also had silencers and smoke-reducing devices that did not meet technical standards for emissions and noise, and was fined 500,000 VND.
Notably, Mr. G arbitrarily modified the structure, shape, and size of the car not according to the manufacturer's design, with a fine of 70 million VND.
The total penalty for 5 violations is 76.9 million VND.
In addition, functional agencies have temporarily seized the vehicle, deducted points from the driver's license and applied remedial measures according to regulations.
Previously, many clips circulated on social networks recording images of a car with license plate 48A-189. xx moving on a viaduct on Vo Nguyen Giap street (East-West avenue).
In the clip, this vehicle repeatedly accelerated, revved the engine, and the two exhaust pipes continuously emitted sparks. The above information has caused public uproar, attracting the attention of many people.
