The document clearly states that, regarding the reflection of Lao Dong Newspaper, Kim Boi Commune People's Committee requested the Commune Project Management Board to review the construction plan and soil and rock transportation plan at the project to ensure the safe and convenient travel of people and vehicles. At the same time, it is requested to definitively handle the situation of soil and rock spilling on road 449 and road 12C; only allow vehicles to leave the project area when all safety measures have been fully implemented according to regulations.
In addition, the Kim Boi Commune Project Management Board requested contractor units to strictly comply with environmental sanitation regulations; mud and spilled materials must be cleaned up in a timely manner, not to spill into people's houses. Complete cleaning of soil and rocks on roads 449 and 12C before the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 holiday.
The Kim Boi Commune Project Management Board also assigned the supervision consulting unit to strengthen inspection and supervision of soil and rock transportation, and at the same time requested the joint ventures to be responsible to the investor if violations occur.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper recorded the reality in the Coc Lam hamlet area, Kim Boi commune showing dozens of vehicles and machinery operating continuously.
Soil and mud from trucks are not covered, spilling all over the people's road surface, making the road slippery when it rains, and dusty when it is sunny. Reporters directly witnessed motorcyclists falling in the area where soil trucks were circulating.
Local people said that collisions and traffic accidents have occurred many times since the project was implemented.

The Kim Boi Commune Resettlement Area Project is invested by the Kim Boi Commune Construction Project Management Board, with a total investment of 120 billion VND, a scale of 107 land plots with about 428 people, and a usable area of about 7 hectares.
