On March 10, the Office of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province said that the locality has issued a Regulation on coordination in receiving and processing reflections and recommendations from people and businesses on socio-economic issues in the province through the online system.
According to regulations, the receipt, processing and response to reflections and recommendations are carried out through the Reflection and Recommendation System of people and businesses on socio-economics of Khanh Hoa province.
This system applies to departments, agencies, branches, and public service units under the province; central agencies located in the province; People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones; and businesses and organizations providing public service and public utility services.
The Regulation also clearly stipulates the responsibility for coordination between agencies, units, and localities in receiving, processing and responding to reflections and recommendations from people, organizations and businesses related to socio-economic fields in the province.
People and businesses can send feedback through many different channels.
The system reflects the scene of Khanh Hoa province at addresses https://tuongtac. khanhhoa. gov. vn or https://pakn. khanhhoa. gov. vn; KhanhHoa-S mobile application; or the online exchange tool (chatbot) of the system.
According to regulations, the contents reflecting and proposing must clearly state information about the time, location, content of the incident and must be accompanied by images or videos for scene reflections.
Organizations and individuals sending complaints must provide complete and accurate information including full name, contact address, mobile phone number and email address (if any).
For reflections directly related to the rights and obligations of organizations and individuals, the information of the reflection account must match the reflector or have a valid authorization letter.
In case of social or community feedback, a power of attorney is not required.
Khanh Hoa province also allows organizations and individuals to request confidentiality of personal information or reflected content.
However, the sender must be responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided.
For urgent feedback related to the safety of life and property such as fires, explosions, traffic accidents or loss of security and order, the province recommends that people prioritize contacting specialized switchboards directly for timely support.
According to the normal process, the time to receive, process and approve feedback and recommendations is a maximum of 6.5 working days. For the instant processing process, the response time is shortened to 9.5 working hours.
