On January 13, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that Quang Xuong Traffic Police Station (CSGT) had just clarified the case of a group of teenagers violating traffic laws, causing insecurity and disorder on roads in Hac Thanh ward.


Previously, on the night of January 10, through grasping the situation, Quang Xuong Traffic Police Station discovered a group of teenagers driving 4 motorbikes without helmets, without license plates, swerving, and swerving on many roads in Hac Thanh ward.
At about 11 pm on the same day, the traffic police force stopped and inspected 2 vehicles, made records for drivers, people sitting on the vehicle and vehicle owners for many violations such as: driving a motorbike when not old enough as prescribed; not wearing a helmet; carrying people sitting on the vehicle without wearing a helmet; swerving, swerving; vehicles without vehicle registration, without license plates; handing over vehicles to people who are not qualified to drive.
Continuing the inspection and review, on January 11, Quang Xuong Traffic Police Station coordinated with Hac Thanh Ward Police to invite the remaining teenagers, and at the same time brought 2 more related vehicles to the headquarters to work.
Through this, the police force made administrative violation records for 11 violations, fined a total of 101.5 million VND and temporarily seized 4 motorbikes.
