On February 21, the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police informed that, through receiving feedback on social networks about the case of a passenger bus with license plate 29F-011.XX stopping or parking in violation of regulations in the area of the elevated Ring Road 2, Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 conducted verification, requesting vehicle owners and drivers to come to work.
On February 18, vehicle owner and driver T.T.B (born in 1979, residing in Cam Pha, Quang Ninh) were present at the headquarters of Road Traffic Police Team No. 4.

Based on the verification documents, the authorities drew up a record of administrative violations against the driver according to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, with a fine of 600,000 - 800,000 VND.
The Traffic Police Department recommends that drivers strictly comply with regulations on stopping and parking, especially on major routes, to avoid congestion and safety risks.
