Receiving the report, the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police directed the Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station to verify.

Here, the Commander of Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station directly propagated and guided regulations on traffic safety and order, and at the same time requested the vehicle owner and driver to sign a commitment not to repeat the offense.
Through the working process, driver V.T.T. (born in 1985), the driver of a passenger car with license plate 79B-068.xx, admitted to the violation as reflected.
The competent authority issued a record of administrative sanctions for the act of "Welcoming and returning passengers to the wrong location stated in the transportation contract".
Also according to the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Province Police, from October 1 to 10, 2025, the unit coordinated with the PK02 Mobile Police force and the Police of communes to make records of 31 cases of violations of regulations on stopping, parking and stopping in the wrong place (including 10 passenger cars, 16 trucks, 1 car and 1 tractor-trailer).
