Hanoi - Thien Loc Commune People's Committee announces the recovery of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP for 21 households and individuals to implement the Thuong Cat bridge project.

Thien Loc Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) has just publicly announced the Decisions of the Chairman of Thien Loc Commune People's Committee on land acquisition to implement component project 1: Compensation, support and resettlement for site clearance in Dong Anh district (old) under the project to invest in building Thuong Cat bridge and roads at both ends of the bridge.

Accordingly, publicize the Decisions dated February 3, 2026 of the Chairman of Thien Loc Commune People's Committee on the recovery of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP for 21 households and individuals in Dai Dong village, Thien Loc commune to implement component project 1.1 under the Thuong Cat bridge and road construction investment project at both ends of the bridge.

The time from now until the completion of site clearance for the project.

Public location: At the Dai Dong village cultural house, Thien Loc commune and the headquarters of the People's Committee of Thien Loc commune.

Public form: Sending notices to each household and individual; publicly posting the plan at the Dai Dong Village Cultural House, Thien Loc commune and the headquarters of the People's Committee of Thien Loc commune; reading public notices on the broadcasting system of Thien Loc commune for people to know, check, and supervise.

The project to invest in the construction of Thuong Cat bridge and roads at both ends of the bridge (belonging to Thien Loc commune and Thuong Cat ward, Hanoi) was started on October 8, 2025.

The project has a total length of 5.22km, the main cable-stayed bridge span has a length of L=780m; the bridge width is 35m, arranged with 8 lanes.

The project has a total investment of about 7,303 billion VND, invested from the Hanoi City budget; expected to be completed in 2027.
