Install VNeTraffic to look up traffic fines from 2025

From January 1, 2025, citizens can look up and check traffic fines using the VNeTraffic application.

Step 1: Go to Google Play (for Android) or App Store (for iOS). Search for the keyword “VNeTraffic” and download the application from the official source to ensure safety and security.

Step 2: After downloading, open the application and proceed to register an account.

The registration steps will include:

- Scan the QR code on the chip-embedded Citizen Identification Card/Identification Card;

- Fill in personal information: At this step, when scanning the QR code on the chip-embedded Citizen ID Card/ID Card, the system automatically fills in the information, the individual only needs to fill in the phone number to receive the OTP verification code.

- Enter the OPT code sent.

- Set a password. (Note: Make sure your password is secure and easy to remember to protect your account).

Finally confirm to complete the registration.

Step 3: Login to your account

Step 4: Look up fines

To check fines, users select "Violations Lookup".

Then enter the license plate number to check.
