According to the announcement, cases of car drivers violating violations such as speeding were detected at Na Cap and Hoang Dinh Giong - Be Van Dan intersections in Thuc Phan ward, Cao Bang province.

If the violator does not come to resolve the issue, the Provincial Police will coordinate with the local authorities where the vehicle owner resides, studies, works or has its head office to handle the issue according to regulations.
Within 20 days, information about the violation will be posted on the Traffic Police Department's website and the warning status will be updated to the inspection agency (for vehicles that need to be inspected) for handling.
