This is the successor version of the Rinet line, with some noticeable upgrades of chassis design and electronic system, while retaining the unique engine configuration.
BMW R 12 Ninet uses a 2-cylinder boxer engine, capacity of 1,170 cc, air-cooled and oil. The engine produces 109 horsepower at 7,000 rpm and maximum torque of 115 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The car has a maximum speed of about 215 km/h, an average fuel consumption of 5.1 liters/100 km, CO2 emissions at 119 g/km.

The biggest change point lies in the chassis structure. New monolithic steel pipe frame instead of three parts in the previous generation, helping to reduce weight and increase stability. The rear frame is linked by bolt, creating more favorable conditions for maintenance. The front forks of the back (USD) 45 mm diameter can be adjusted, while the Monoshock rear shock absorbers are skewed.
In terms of electronics, the car is equipped with 3 standard driving modes ("Rain", "Road", "Dynamic"), traction control system (DTC), engine brake control system (MSR) and ABS Pro brake support when cornering. Equipped with total LED lighting, adaptive lighting system, and keyless starting function (keem Ride) is the standard.
