The Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police announced a list of cars violating traffic safety order in February 2025, detected through the monitoring system. Of which, there are 14 cars with Ha Nam province license plates:

Hoa Binh Provincial Police announced the results of detecting cases of traffic violations through the Traffic Surveillance Camera System (from January 31, 2025 to February 12, 2025). Of which, there is 1 car with a Ha Nam provincial license plate:
People should note that when paying the fine, they need to prepare the following documents:
For cars: vehicle registration; certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection; driver's license of the violator; citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
For motorbikes: vehicle registration; driver's license of the violator; citizen identification card of the violator (with each type of document photocopy 1 copy).
The person who comes to resolve the case of a fine is not the vehicle owner, and must have the vehicle owner's confirmation of the vehicle borrowing, delivery, renting, authorization...(in case the vehicle is under the company's name, the person coming to resolve the case must carry the company's introduction and delivery certificate).
The police recommend that people continue to raise awareness of voluntarily complying with traffic laws for their own safety and that of others.
