Yen Bai Traffic Police recommends that people strictly comply with road traffic regulations to ensure safety for themselves and those around them.
From December 24, 2024 to December 31, 2024, through the traffic surveillance camera system, Da Lat City Police detected and imposed fines on 93 cases of violations of the Road Traffic Law.
Da Lat City Police notify and request the vehicle owner to go to the police station where the driver violated the law or the local police station where the driver resides (according to the vehicle registration address) to work and pay the fine according to regulations.
Thanh Hoa City Police announced that vehicles with violations of road traffic safety and order were detected through the traffic safety and order monitoring camera system in the city from December 11, 2024 to December 20, 2024.

The Traffic Police of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Public Security requires that when dealing with a "cold fine" case, the vehicle owner and the driver of the violating vehicle must be present. In case the person dealing with the case is not the vehicle owner, there must be confirmation from the vehicle owner about the vehicle borrowing, delivery, rental, or authorization; the violator must bring relevant documents such as: vehicle registration, vehicle inspection certificate, driver's license, civil liability insurance of the motor vehicle owner, and citizen identification cards of the vehicle owner and the violator.
In case of an organization's vehicle, there must be a letter of introduction for the driver of the violating vehicle to come and resolve the matter; if the violator is a company director, the business registration certificate must be presented.
