The Vietnam Register Department said that it has terminated cooperation with the TTDK registration scheduling application, and at the same time advised vehicle owners to bring their vehicles directly to registration centers when they need inspection, without registering or scheduling through this application.
According to the Vietnam Register, this agency has officially stopped coordinating with the TTDK application developed and operated by Sa Moc Data Conversion Joint Stock Company, after the cooperation contract between the two parties expired.
The Vietnam Register said that the service capacity of the system of registration centers nationwide has now fully met the inspection needs of people and businesses, and there is no longer overloading as before.
Therefore, vehicle owners can bring their vehicles directly to any registration center for inspection without registering, scheduling through the TTDK application or following the instructions and suggestions on this application.
In order to continue to promote digital transformation in the field of registration and improve service quality, the Vietnam Register is building a new online application and is expected to be put into operation soon.
According to the plan, the new application will support people to register for online vehicle inspection, while integrating many other utilities and services, contributing to simplifying administrative procedures, creating convenience for people and businesses when carrying out motor vehicle inspection.
While waiting for the new application to be deployed, the Vietnam Register recommends that people carry out inspections in a direct manner at registration centers nationwide to ensure convenience and compliance with regulations.
After the new application officially comes into operation, the Vietnam Register will widely announce it on official information channels for people to grasp and use.
