On the Public Assets Page, Vietnam Financial and Price Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of a lot of assets including 850 vehicles. These are administrative violations confiscated by the Traffic Police Department, Gia Lai Provincial Police.
According to the announcement, the entire lot of assets was sold in a package form, including 849 motorbikes and 1 used car.
Among these, 252 motorbikes are eligible for re-registration and continued use.
In addition, there are 597 damaged, rusty or modified motorbikes and 1 car that is too old and heavily damaged. These vehicles are only sold as scrap, not registered for circulation or re-use.
The asset lot is currently kept at address No. 440/1 Le Duan street, An Phu ward, Gia Lai province.
The total starting price of the entire asset lot is 1.315 billion VND, excluding value-added tax (VAT), fees, charges and other related expenses.
The winning bidder must bear the costs of loading and unloading, transporting assets as well as arising financial obligations according to regulations.
According to the auction organizing unit, the price step is specified as 10 million VND. The valid bid price must be equal to or higher than the starting price and increase according to the multiple of the announced price step.
Time for people who need to view assets takes place during office hours from June 24 to the end of June 26, 2026 at the vehicle storage location. Auction participation documents are issued and received from 7:30 AM on June 19 to 5:00 PM on July 2, 2026.
The fee for purchasing auction participation dossiers is 200,000 VND/set of dossiers. The deposit for each auction participation dossier is 260 million VND and must be submitted in the period from June 19 to the end of July 2.
The auction will be held online on the electronic auction information page on the morning of July 7, from 8 am to 8:30 am. The auction is conducted by bidding method.
According to regulations, individuals and organizations that meet the conditions to participate in auctions according to the 2016 Law on Property Auctions (amended and supplemented in 2024) and relevant legal regulations can register to participate.
Representatives of the auction organizing unit said that after completing the registration dossier and submitting a full deposit, customers will be guided to create an account, participate and bid online on the electronic auction system.
