    Ninh Binh - Traffic police quickly verified and fined the driver who went against traffic, with a fine of up to 20 million VND, minus points from the driver's license.

    After receiving violation feedback via Zalo, the Traffic Police Department directed the Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police to urgently verify and handle cases of car drivers going against traffic on one-way traffic.

    Ninh Binh traffic police invited driver L.T (born in 1995, residing in Hanoi City) to work. At the police station, the violator admitted that at about 10:20 am on April 8, on DT499 road in Bac Ly commune, Ninh Binh province, he was driving a car with license plate 30M-831. xx violating the offense of going against traffic on one-way traffic.

    Road Traffic Police Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police made a record of handling according to regulations, fined from 18 million to 20 million VND and deducted 4 points from the driver's license.
