According to video reflected by people through social networking platforms and the VNETRAFFIC application, at about 5:22 PM on March 23rd, on the road in Chi Linh (old), a white car was driving in the opposite direction, causing danger to vehicles participating in traffic.
Upon receiving the feedback, Traffic Police Team No. 5 of the City Police worked with Mr. N.V.Q (born in 1999, residing in Hai Phong) driving car with license plate 15K-649. XX reflected in the above video clip. At the functional agency, Mr. Q admitted to driving vehicles in the opposite direction on a road with a no-entry sign, causing danger to vehicles participating in traffic.
According to Traffic Police Team No. 5, the above act violates the provisions of point d, clause 9, Article 6 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP of the Government. For this violation, driver N.V.Q was administratively fined from 18 to 20 million VND, and at the same time 4 points were deducted from his driver's license.
