Decree 160/2024/ND-CP regulating driver training and testing activities will take effect from January 1, 2025.
Article 32 on material and technical conditions for motorbikes is as follows:
Located in a place with convenient traffic, conditions for electricity, water, drainage, communication, not affected by electromagnetic interference affecting error reporting and scoring devices installed at the driving range.
There are basic construction items such as: Motorcycle driving practice test yard, theory test room, operating room for driving practice scoring equipment in the picture (in case of organizing driving practice test in the picture using automatic scoring method).
The driving practice ground for motorcycle driving tests must have an area large enough to accommodate all the driving test forms according to the National Technical Regulations on road motor vehicle driving test centers for class A1 motorcycles.
Motor vehicles used for testing are as follows:
The number of vehicles for testing in the A1 and A class (manual clutch type) is at least 02 vehicles for each class, at least 01 vehicle for B1 class and cannot be used for other business purposes (except vehicles used for driver training).
The testing vehicle is legally owned by the organization or individual that has a driving practice yard to test motorcycle drivers.
Attached with 2 "TESTING" signs in front and behind the vehicle.
Three-wheeled motorbikes used as testing vehicles for the disabled are three-wheeled motorbikes used for the disabled that have been granted a vehicle registration certificate and license plate by a competent authority.
Theoretical examination equipment (for theoretical examinations conducted on computers): at least 02 computers acting as servers; at least 10 computers acting as workstations.
Equipment for practical driving test in the diagram (for the case of practical driving test in the diagram using automatic scoring method): at least 02 computers; equipment on the testing vehicle with a minimum number corresponding to the number of testing vehicles; equipment on the motorcycle driving test yard.
Equipped with the following supporting equipment:
Internal communication radio: minimum 02 sets.
Sound system to publicly announce results and deductions of test takers: at least 01 set.
Display system: minimum 03 screens.
Surveillance camera system: installed in theory test room, motorcycle driving practice test yard.
Backup generator: minimum 01 machine.
Power storage devices: Have a minimum quantity corresponding to the computers used to serve the organization of the examination; in case of using centralized power storage devices, the capacity must meet the needs of the computers used to serve the organization of the examination.
The driving range for motorcycle driving test must meet the technical requirements according to the technical standards for driving ranges for motorcycle driving test.
