Ninh Binh Police announced that from October 1, 2025 to November 5, 2025, the Traffic Police Department recorded many cases of traffic safety violations through the monitoring system on the routes.
In which, the owners of the following vehicles violated the error of stopping on the pedestrian section of the road:
35N-9099; 30A-225.49; 30F-834.64; 35H-060.15; 90A-052.86.
Bac Ninh Police also said that from October 23 to 31, the police fined many cases. In particular, the police will impose fines for cases of stopping vehicles under the overpass as follows:
99A-22129; 98A-21842; 98A-20019.
People should note that the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulating administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; deduction of points, restoration of driving license points take effect from January 1, 2025.
Accordingly, car drivers who park under overpasses (except where permitted) will be fined from 2-3 million VND.
Drivers who park their cars on the pedestrian section of the road will be fined from 600-800 thousand VND.
