Exceeding 5 - under 10 km/h: 400,000 - 600,000 VND.
Exceeding 10 - 20 km/h: 800,000 - 1,000,000 VND.
Exceeding 20 km/h: 6,000,000 - 8,000,000 VND + deducted 4 driving license points.
