As of noon on November 11, the authorities are continuing to investigate and clarify the cause of the fire that occurred on the same morning at the 16th floor apartment of an apartment building in Phuoc Long ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Accordingly, at around 7:40 a.m. on November 11, people discovered smoke billowing from the apartment, spreading to the balcony and hallway. The incident occurred during the morning rush hour, causing many residents to panic, dozens of people quickly moved along the emergency escape route to the ground.
Immediately after the discovery, the on-site fire prevention and fighting force quickly approached and extinguished the fire.
According to initial information, the apartment was not inside at the time of the fire, so there were no human casualties. The cause and damage from the fire are being investigated and clarified.
