The first Ford Mustang Mach-E GT to arrive in Vietnam has a license plate

After 3 years, the first Ford Mustang Mach-E GT electric car in Vietnam has been officially granted a license plate in Hanoi.

With a luxury car showroom in Hanoi imported at the end of January 2022, the Ford Mustang Mach-E GT - one of the most powerful versions of this electric car line, was expected to quickly have an owner.

However, despite being displayed at many different showrooms and being heavily discounted by nearly 2 billion VND, the car has not had any buyers for the past 2 years.

With outstanding design and impressive power, this car was expected to attract customers who love electric vehicle technology and speed.

After a long wait without a transaction, this car suddenly appeared at a vehicle inspection station in Hanoi and was granted a license plate 29B.

The first version of the Ford Mustang Mach-E GT in Vietnam has a striking orange paint color, along with typical black paint details. A notable point on this car is that it does not use a beehive grille like traditional versions of the Mustang line, but instead uses a single-disc plastic panel.

This not only shows the difference of an electric vehicle model but also a creative design by Ford, when the beehive grille is created in a fake 3D shape, creating an impressive and modern appearance.

In terms of performance, the Ford Mustang Mach-E GT is equipped with two electric motors, providing a total capacity of up to 480 horsepower and a maximum torque of 860 Nm. With this power, the car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 96 km/h in just 3.8 seconds, while the GT Performance Edition can reach this speed in 3.5 seconds. This is an impressive index, proving the strong performance of this electric vehicle, competitive enough with traditional sports cars.
