In particular, Ford Vietnam was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister under Decision No. 40/QD-TTg dated January 8, 2026, recognizing its achievements in production and business activities, social security and contributions to socio-economic development of Hai Duong province (now Hai Phong city) and the whole country.
The achievements in 2025 are proof of the trust that Vietnamese customers have placed in Ford over the past 30 years. We will continue to invest in products, services and people to actively contribute to Vietnam's socio-economic development in the coming years," Mr. Ruchik Shah, General Director of Ford Vietnam, shared.
Record sales, leading segments
Ford Vietnam recorded impressive business results when continuously breaking the year's record with sales of 50,450 vehicles, an increase of 20% compared to 2024, accounting for 8.6% market share. This result reflects consistency in the long-term development strategy, focusing on products, services and customer experience.

Three out of four Ford's flagship car lines lead the participating segments. In the pickup segment, Ford Ranger reached 18,692 vehicles, an increase of nearly 7% compared to 2024 and accounting for 68% of the segment's market share. In the mid-size SUV segment, Ford Everest recorded 13,056 vehicles, an increase of 20% compared to the same period and accounting for 73% of the market share. Ford Territory ranks 2nd in the segment with 12,786 cars, an increase of 57% compared to the same period and accounting for 17% of the segment's market share. To date, 30,000 Territory cars have been selected by Vietnamese customers, reflecting the suitability of this model to young customers and young families.
In addition, the introduction of the Mustang Mach-E - a high-performance electric SUV - in the second half of 2025 marked the next step in expanding Ford's product portfolio in Vietnam. The Mach-E brings customers a combination of powerful and smooth operation, good driving quality and a modern design true to the Mustang style.
Putting customers at the center
Besides positive business results, Ford Vietnam continuously launches service initiatives to enhance the experience and put customers at the center.
In 2025, 4-hour or free mobile service was expanded in Ho Chi Minh City, serving more than 8,000 customers. After-sales services according to global standards such as 3-year or 100,000 km warranty, 60-minute fast maintenance, on-site vehicle receipt and delivery, along with technical support and customer care activities at dealerships are strongly implemented by Ford.
The Ford application continues to be developed as a connecting platform between customers and vehicles, supporting car management, service booking and usage monitoring. In 2025, the network of 56 dealerships and authorized branches nationwide continues to be strengthened, while gradually deploying the new dealership standard Ford Signature 2.0, aiming to connect online and direct experience in customer journeys.
Linking business with social responsibility
In its 30-year journey in Vietnam, Ford has not only built trust with products and services but also with community support programs that are implemented regularly and consistently.
Through the global initiative "Building together", Ford Vietnam and its network of employees, agents and car owners clubs have implemented support activities in some localities affected by natural disasters such as Ha Tinh, Hue, Cao Bang... Activities include donating essential goods and rescue equipment, improving some school items and community infrastructure, and organizing training on first aid, traffic safety and emergency response for local people. Many activities recognize the direct participation of the Ford car owner community.
