Koenigsegg CCX appears at supercar showroom in Ho Chi Minh City

A rare Koenigsegg CCX in Vietnam was recently recorded appearing in front of a showroom specializing in supercar sales in Ho Chi Minh City.

The vehicle was transported by a specialized rescue vehicle, marking the third time it has been brought to Ho Chi Minh City. However, unlike previous times, this time the car was brought into the showroom, causing the online community and car enthusiasts to question the possibility of changing owners.

Before the information spread on social networks, the showroom representative denied the purchase. This person said that the car was sent by customers to perform cleaning and maintenance work for some items, without any sales transactions taking place.

The Koenigsegg CCX is currently owned by a businessman in Hai Phong. The car has a striking orange-red exterior and is imported from Dubai. This is one of three models in the hypercar segment currently available in Vietnam that have completed the registration procedures and fully paid all taxes.

Koenigsegg is a supercar brand from Sweden, famous worldwide for its high-performance cars and unique designs. The CCX model was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in 2006, making a strong impression with its aerodynamic design and improved engine.

The Koenigsegg CCX was produced from 2006 to 2010. This line of vehicles was developed to meet strict safety and emission standards in the US market. The car is equipped with a 4.7-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine researched and developed by Koenigsegg, capable of producing a maximum capacity of 806 horsepower and a maximum torque of 920 Nm.

The entire CCX line of only 49 units are produced worldwide, including variants such as CCX, CCXR, CCX/CCXR Edition, CCXR Special Edition and CCXR Trevita.
