This Ferrari 458 Italia was previously owned by a car collector in Hanoi, who mainly used the car for display purposes, instead of regular operation.
The car has a traditional red paint color Rosso Corsa typical of the Ferrari brand, combined with aau cowhide interior, bringing a sporty and luxurious look. Although it has been in Ho Chi Minh City for nearly a month, the car is still using a Hanoi license plate.
The Ferrari 458 Italia was first introduced in 2009 as the successor to the F430 model, and was quickly praised for its advanced aerodynamic design and pure driving experience.
The car uses a naturally aspirated V8 engine, with a capacity of 4.5L, producing a maximum capacity of 570 horsepower and a maximum torque of 540 Nm. Combined with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and rear-wheel drive, the Ferrari 458 Italia can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds, before reaching a maximum speed of about 325 km/h.
Unlike the next generation Ferrari models such as the 488 GTB or F8 Tributo using an turbocharged engine, the 458 Italy is still loyal to the naturally aspirated engine, which many car enthusiasts consider to bring a more unique sound and a "real" driving feeling. This feature makes the Ferrari 458 Italia increasingly sought after, even though it has stopped production since 2015.
The appearance of this supercar in Ho Chi Minh City not only enriches the "supercar map" of the Southern region, but also shows the increasingly clear preference of car collectors in Vietnam not only to look for new, modern car models but also to be willing to spend a lot of money on car lines considered symbols in the development history of the Italian supercar brand.
