The car enthusiast community in Vietnam is stirred up by customers who have booked genuine Mercedes-AMG G63 at a deep discount, only 9.835 billion VND for 2022 versions. It is noteworthy that this price has decreased by 1.5 billion VND, causing traders of used Mercedes-AMG G63 to face many difficulties.
Currently, used Mercedes-AMG G63 models from 2021 to 2023 are being offered for sale at prices ranging from 8.9 billion to 10.8 billion VND. However, with the strong price reduction of new cars, old cars will have difficulty maintaining their value in the market.
According to information from dealers, the Mercedes-AMG G63s with this discount are from 2022 and are imported from Russia. This model belongs to the G-Class line, stands out with its powerful and luxurious design, and is currently one of the popular choices in the luxury SUV segment in Vietnam.
Mercedes-AMG G63 is currently on sale in Vietnam with the W464 version, replacing the W461 generation after 30 years of production. The W464 model was launched in October 2021 with strong improvements. The car is equipped with a 4.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 engine, with a maximum capacity of 577 horsepower and a maximum torque of 850 Nm. This helps the G63 accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 220 km/h.
In addition, the W464 has also been improved in exterior design with more powerful front bumpers, larger grids, and upgraded LED headlights and daytime running lights. The vehicle still maintains outstanding features with a thick axle for both the front and rear, combined with micro-lock locks at the axles and centers. The interior of the car is simple, comfortable but no less luxurious. In particular, the 24 volt electric system and a heavy-duty chassis help the G63 conquer all terrain.
With an attractive new price, the 2022 Mercedes-AMG G63 is becoming a strong competitor for used cars, forcing car owners and used car traders to rethink their sales strategy in the context of a rapidly changing car market.
