Thanh Hoa Police have just announced the results of detecting vehicles violating traffic safety order through the security, order and traffic safety surveillance camera system (from October 6, 2025 to October 10, 2025).
Accordingly, the following vehicle owners were fined for running red lights:


Hung Yen Police warned that within 10 days from the date of violation, the Traffic Police Department will send a notice to the owner of the violating vehicle, the organization or individual involved in the administrative violation that is known and coordinate to resolve the matter according to regulations.
Within 20 days from the date of notification, the information of the violation will be posted on the website of the Traffic Police Department.
Within 30 days (from the date of violation), the vehicle owner, organization or individual involved in the administrative violation must come to the one-stop department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police (No. 01 Do Huy Cu, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province) or the Provincial Police headquarters (where of residence) to resolve the case.
After the above deadline, if the vehicle owner, organization or individual involved in the administrative violation does not come to resolve or the Traffic Police Department of Thanh Hoa Police has not received the notice of the results of the settlement, and handles the case, it will send a warning notice to the vehicle inspection agency.
Previously, Hung Yen Police said that according to the report of the Traffic Police Department (Hung Yen Provincial Police), from October 27 to November 2, through the exploitation of the surveillance camera system and the use of professional equipment, the traffic police force recorded 10 cases of vehicles violating the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety being fined. In which, all were errors in not complying with traffic light signals.

Hung Yen Police warn that any violation of traffic safety order poses a potential risk of causing traffic accidents. People should note that the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulating administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; deduction of points, restoration of driving license points take effect from January 1, 2025.
Accordingly, some violations of road traffic safety order have increased fines compared to before, such as drivers running red lights being fined 18-20 million VND (old level was 4-6 million VND).
